Shadae Paul is a dynamic leader dedicated to empowering women in business through mentorship, advocacy, and strategic development. As the founder of Cornerstone for Women Leaders, she has helped countless professionals break barriers and achieve success in their industries.

Cornerstone for Women Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in Hagerstown, Maryland, in October 2023. From its inception, Cornerstone has been dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles through high-quality training. Initially, Cornerstone began its training programs at the Washington County Free Library with trainings focused on mentorship and conflict resolution for women leaders.

Building on early successes, Cornerstone formed its inaugural partnership with the Workforce Solutions & Continuing Education Division of Hagerstown Community College, which allowed the organization to expand its reach to women from across the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia). This partnership expanded its scope of skills training to include women leading in male dominated industries, mental/emotional health for leaders, time management, and leading in multigenerational workplaces, to name a few. 

As Cornerstone grew, it recognized the demand for training in the community. Responding to this need, the organization extended its services to nonprofit organizations and businesses, offering training designed to foster women’s leadership in various workplace and community settings.

In response to the evolving needs of today’s professional women, Cornerstone developed a range of online resources that allow for convenient, accessible training. These flexible options ensure that women, regardless of location, can benefit from Cornerstone’s expertise and continue to grow as leaders.

Cornerstone for Women Leaders will remain dedicated to equipping women with the skills they need to succeed and lead effectively, with a focus on delivering insightful, Bible-based training that meets the diverse needs of women leaders.
